while doing the breathing herba mentioned, the books say something like: (on the inhale) visualize the returning of the energy (luminous fibers) that you gave away in the events that are triggered in memory, and (on the exhale) release the foreign energy back to the people that gave it to you. this giving back of the energy isn't to be done with spite, but with respect and honor. also, with the remembering, remember all the mundane details you can remember that happened during the triggered events, like if there were bushes nearby or a car or whatever. of course, these are just possible experimentations. i don't recommend blindly following a book.
