There is a zen story about a master whose young daughter died and he was crying. One of the students asked him why he was crying, Everything is only an illusion, anyway. The master said, Yes, you are right, but the death of a loved one is the strongest of all illusions.
Grief is a wonderful emotion to be experienced. All part of the oneness of It all.
