I began recapping by make themed lists.... work, hobbies, close family, extended family, friends, school, etc. Then, as I found myself thinking about one of the events from a particular theme, I expanded my focus to recap a portion of that section of my life. Later on, it was easy to pick up where I left off in a particular sequence, as the emotions I'd relived were pretty fresh. After a while, I found that I was rehashing old problems from previous cycles. All we really need to recap is one full cycle of our life. Think about your past and you'll see where the cycles begin. The other cycles are assimilated quickly, relatively speaking.
Without serious progress in the four key areas... recapitulation, not-doing, erasing personal history, and dreaming, we will not succeed in our efforts to be an impeccable warrior.
