Sorry, but card-carrying morons like me have to break it down into simple-Simon chunks in order to digest.
Where am I? I'm here, where else? I'm not really looking for sign posts to measure my progress. (In fact...."progress", I'm finding, is a very tricky thing....one of which I'm becoming less preoccupied with, the more misleading I find it to be) But, if pressed for an answer, I guess I'm at.....level zero.
But seriously, where do you think the impetus to do "everything that I'm supposed to" comes from? How did Gautama find his way home? I'm mean....all he did was sit under a tree. That's it. Just insistence and persistence amidst inner silence. Where else can one go, in that state, but home? No where. And he did...find his way home. To the dismay of all those telling him what and what not to do.
Look, you got lots of help...and you want to return the favor. I get it. And I appreciate it. Maybe I should just leave it at that. Thanks for the suggestions.
