Yes, the point is that inner silence can be very easy and natural, to "free oneself from flyer and flyers mind" is a concept while it is only some little impurity in energy (in the head, there is nothing out there... it is run by flyers anyway - Carlos Castaneda), a piece of cake to deal with it, with a little finger, only if one likes to stay in innersilence, if only one likes to "meditate", to abide in inner silence. so here are the concepts dropped and experience, enjoy the inner silence.

So it is easy. but who likes to enjoy the silence. flyers mind cant stand silence even for 5 seconds. notice it is energetic, energetic impurity. the best thing one can do is to drop the fuss and cultivate inner silence. then it is simply energetically cleared. shitty sourcery new age constructs not really needed. in fact, to be interested in (new age) sourcery while having those energetic impurities in the head energy centers is petty. thats not cool then like that.
you see no need for drama. meditation. inner silence.
