There is certain (phenomenological) method developed by dr. CC himself how to get clear, precise, exact - technical opinion, here on the problem of "FI":
what is ONLY a foreign energy in the head center.
The point is in the realm of energy: an energetic fact.
The method is to operate with the energetic facts, on a warrior way, to save all the confusions and fuss.
In this respect:
inner silence is energetic, energetic awareness (energetic method to energetic fact) via concentration/meditation of this energetic awareness those centers are cleared - only if it is used as to fortify oneself.
So the vibration of the agglutinating force is grabbed directly in the waking state.
