No, and it is confirmed by both yoga and buddhism traditions (including real Zen - not american - tradition, what you are obviously ignorant about too).
You see, this is problem with you, and you have "FI" too.
It is foreign energy in head centers. Buddha called it monkey mind, parasite. Flyers were called "deer hunters".
The FI is only energy, nothing else. So no: "The Devil made me do it"? i.e., transferring responsibility for ones thoughts and actions onto some ephemeral other?"
Look up what is phenomenology.
This is what zazen (dhyana) is about. to clear the head energy centers. it is not meditation, but concentration and this clearance.
it is better to understand that the mode is to live from the inner silence, and this is energetic, not conceptual.
"Flyer or a Foreign Installation might be cons"
You haven't understood anything here, but now you can. so much for pseudo zen, i.e.zen without zazen.
edit: if you have pure mind, get cleared your head centers then there is no problem. no FI.
So the technical removal is something what is called by nickname "zazen", i.e. clearing the head centers. This is the easy approach. 5 hours a day of zazen for 4 weeks, and this will do to clear it. This is the advice hm.
Otherwise, you accumulate inner silence energetically - intentionally, without sitting, by concentrating on it day long, not only while working, it is needed to hold the inner silence with intent.
