This is FI. FI or FE, is foreign energy in head centers (chakra). Because it is energy, it is phenomenology realm. and hermeneutics.
The sixth center, located on top of the head, don Juan described as something more than an anomaly, and refrained absolutely from having anything to do with it. He portrayed it as possessing not a circular vortex of energy, like the others, but a pendulum-like, back-and-forth movement somehow reminiscent of the beating of a heart.

Its is true that mind, awareness and consciousness is primary, thats how is mind leading, it is the king, ruling our life.
Hence the importance of DAILY meditation/concentration and work/innersilence accumulation/awareness practice, and CLEARING the mind:
ZAZEN, the direct practice of Buddha himself.
Mind energy centers are cleared. Cleared of bad energy. Silence and true radiant mind stays.Here is a picture illustrating. Because this "mind"/awareness is consciouness itself
My student of Yoga reported that black shadows (mud shadows) turned white !
This happened after starting to practice daily meditation Zazen/Dhyana (Buddhas practice), accumulating inner silence etc. according to instructions. i.e. clearing mind (head energy centers) (FI or FE is only energetic impurity in head centers, but it is serious, because it makes our life shitty, hence the practice)
This student can see (has free perception), seeing this black shadows turning white.
This shows how the mind is primary (picture) and is cleared and those black shadows are turning white.

It alluded to dark results and punishment, something like the wrath of God descending on me for tampering with something veiled by God himself. I made a supreme effort to allow my curiosity to win.
I heard myself say, "What-what-what do you mean, by taxing the flyers' mind?"
"Discipline taxes the foreign mind no end," he replied. "So, through their discipline, sorcerers vanquish the foreign installation."
I was overwhelmed by his statements. I believed that don Juan was either certifiably insane or that he was telling me something so awesome that it froze everything in me.
I noticed, however how quickly I rallied my energy to deny everything he had said. After an instant of panic, I began to laugh, as if don Juan had told me a joke. I even heard myself saying, "Don Juan, don Juan, you are incorrigible!"
