Yes, the point is that inner silence can be very easy and natural, to "free oneself from flyer and flyers mind" is a concept while it is only some little impurity in energy (in the head, there is nothing out there... it is run by flyers anyway - Carlos Castaneda), a piece of cake to deal with it, with a little finger, only if one likes to stay in innersilence, if only one likes to "meditate", to abide in inner silence. so here are the concepts dropped and experience, enjoy the inner silence.
