Nima can you feel them in the body physical or energetic ?
After write last evening I had an instens pain in my neck - It awoke me several times during the night. Still in the morning it lingered there.
My dreams was dark and i was hit in the neck with black structures. There was a man in fancy bishop like robe that talked to me an guided me in the dream.
I got up sat zazen and it helped to let it go again. I felt out of my old self - in away like being in on a holiday, where you have lots of time and look at the city as it is first time you see it. As I went out to buy some stuff from a martial art shop - I kept my focus anchored in my breathing. It was a good experience. A beautiful day and I felt more connected with all. Like more plugged into the experience. Difficult to explain, but I hope you get what Im talking about.
