I use the concept of NO a lot to help me to figure out the purpose. Yes and no are a reflection of the two opposing polarities of that we have seen in science and mythology, and for me it is the primary method of using intuition. There is a bodily sensation, a pressure on the left temple, and sometimes a knot on the left side of my abdomen, when my reason is mistaken. I have verified it over and over. It can be as simple as 'No, your friend will not answer the phone," to "No, they are NOT telling the truth." AND I can verifiy this intuition or perhaps quite basic use of seeing. I was not always able to do this.
If I am free of reason (the self centered type) there are fewer to none of the 'No' sensations described above.
I am not sure what Rayndain reason is since I havent read her yet.
