When I set out to do a recommendation from Don Juan (via Carlos castaneda) I have found that they become real learning experiences. I once walked home blindfolded while a friend of mine made sure i stayed on track. It was like an hours walk normaly, unblinded folded. My friend help my arm and would call out potential hazards, made it safley was quite fun. However another time I stood jogging on the spot in the morning sun, I kept jogging on the spot to the point of agony beleive that I may be able to stop the world. silly me.
