Believe it or not, there is only one awareness that projects all the other consciousness and impulses.
The value of it depends how far we are attached or detached to the need to evaluate externally - meaning beyond;after the experience, the circumstance, dream or drama we find ourselves in.
I learned that there is no such thing as external and internal
and that allowed me to just take it all as a reflection a baseplate for whatever I may be striving for on my path,
tricky part comes when I have to use it for my goal.
