To much concern about Flyers here, concern yourself with stopping the internal dialogue instead and you´ll get rid of the flyers..
But as the subject seems irresistible, there are more than one kind of flyer and you can visit their "homeworlds/reality plane" in dreaming, many do actually, but you can interact with them in a dream state yes..beats me why really because they are beyond our understanding I think.
Not even the allies like them but they get in everywhere there´s a meal to be had.
The Death Defiers studied them a lot, and learned to copy them in many ways.
Word of advice though. Don´t get into a fight with them..ever!
