Why do we need to break out of The Program?

i spent half my youth asking why?, the other half asking how? then as an adult who ? who am I..  followed by.. who told you who you are ? what told you why you are you? how many feed into the same old narrative. we are given theses 5W's that make the narratives the experiences in life and perhaps more place emphasis on one or the other. The Who, The What, The Why, The When,The Where and least explored...The How.
