Yes, its important to remember that the day the FI flees is a day we will know and remember. Many times I thought I had expelled it, but was never sure. I was told recently that when it happens you will KNOW, and that is when you burn from within. Can the FI get access to you again after that? It's not easy is my understanding, and only if you allow it in again, which will be harder since you are now the experienced warrior as opposed to the frightened kid who originally gave it permission long ago.
For me I do not focus on what it is...entity, human collective intent, whatever. To me that's a side track of doing the actual work of how it operates in your own mind in very specific ways only you or I can discover for ourselves via stalking it.
