It's been awhile for me to clarify this concept since I went as the name Aranno Way when I made this post but this technique will illustrate the presence
of the "Foreign Installation" in your mind, you start off with simple tasks like going to the mail box to get your mail and how much thought do you
think that requires-not much and while you get the mail turn off your internal dialog and the F.I. will try and put things in your mind to divert the simple
task that you are trying to do by interjecting diversions from you doing something that you focused on especially when you cut off the dialog that one normally
uses.
Take out the trash without thought and you will feel the F.I. trying to get you to think again about something else with other diversion other than doing a
simple task.
Try it and you will be faced to face with the F.I. and realize the force behind our mind, Don Juan talked about this repeatedly to act without thinking so I
tried this when I had the realization from the second attention and sure as **** I knew what he was talking about and why and understood what he was talking
about.
It's such an easy concept to practice and will scare the **** out of you because you have just revealed the F.I. dead in its tracks leading you around on a
leash.
Give it a try and do something simple without thought while you act like walking or cutting your grass in your yard.
