Hi all))
maybe it is not easy to stop our thoughts, but our real playfield is our actions))
The FI can talk as much as it wants inside our heads, but is it on level of actions that these thoughts become or not reality->have a true influence on us and our world or not.
So, my personal opinion is that it is the moment of acting when we must really stalk the FI, because it is by our actions that it also learns in what way can best "trigger" us.
For example, you are stressed and your nerves are fragile. Someone comes to you and you feel an irresistible urge to just start shouting and diminishing him->FI.
The FI will win if you actually indulge in that behaviour. You will win and learn a lot if you take some deep breaths, realise you have no right to ipmose your self like that, realise the energy loss, learn your behavioural pattern, realise that being stressed in such degree only causes harm and helps nothing.
A poor example maybe, but i think you get the point))
It is true that for a warrior every moment is a battle)
i don't pretend it is easy, but it is not as difficult as they have taught us to beleive it is.
