To seeitall, koomw and anyone else who would like to practice this pass.
Here is my description of it as it was shown to me recently. This is one version of two similar (but definately different) versions of this pass to do with unhooking ourselves from the flyer's influence.
Seeitall, if I were you I would NOT call it, "you gonna die, bunghole" ...because that is too much like the 'emotional flare ups' which are the mark of the FI. You may think that is me being pedantic (and I do know you were kind of making a joke!). But the way I feel these days is that EVERYTHING we do, say, or think is a command for energy to go in that direction. My prefered way to do this pass is in absolute seriousness in one's aims and totally fierce with it on the one hand and yet with total lack of concern for selfish motive on the other - producing a mood terrifying (to the flyer) of confidence and ease, so sure of your success you are just humbly accepting it just as art of your personal power.
It is the kind of pass which seems to come out best after the practice of other passes which sharpen or intent, our sobriety and quieten the mind - the complete Westwood series for instance is a great pass to do before this one.
Anyway, those are just some of my personal thoughts.
'Scaring Away the Foreign Installation' is an approximation of the name of this pass - it may actually have been given a slightly different name. VC = vital centres.

'Scaring Away the Foreign Installation'
- Left hand is just in front and a bit outside of left VC with palm facing down, fingers pointing forward (left elbow is by left hip). Right hand is directly in front of left VC (right forearm is across midesction). Right palm is facing up, fingers pointing left. Right hand should be a bit below the level of left hand and a bit to the right of it.
- Left hand makes 3 big and slow inward (clockwise) circles, passing over the top of right hand as each circle is made.
- Then the right hand makes 2 small, quick outward circles (anticlockwise) sort of underneath left hand.
- Then the right hand is placed in front of the midsection palm to the left, fingers pointing forwards. The left hand reaches behind back and grabs something there and swings to front to punch right palm (without touching) for 3 punches.
Repeat all above for the right side.
- Make 3 inward circles as the left knee is raised. Then on the right side. Then 3 outward on left and right side (like the pass 'forging the knees' in recapitulation group of Westwood series). Repeat again twice so there are three sets in total.
- Splashing energy up the inside of the legs with the opposite foot (from intent series). Just up to the level of ankles.
- Hands are just in front of VC with palms down. In unison (mirroring each other) they make a big flat figure of eight (infinity sign) around the hips on either side, going to the back first and then round to the front coming back to the same place in front of midsection.
- Then 3 more infinity signs are made in a similar way - but this time much smaller and much more quickly.
- Right hand is placed at midsection palm facing left , fingers forward as before and left hand grabs behind and punches round to the front. Left fist stays where it is as the right hand grabs behind and punches. Repeat twice more in quick succession to make 3 punches in total on each side.
- Hands makes a sort of flat claw, palms down, in front of midsection. Left hand reaches to the left and a bit behind and claws down the side of of luminous cocoon coming to rest in front of midsection again but this time palm up. Repeat with the right hand. Knees can bend a bit to aid the clawing motion.
- Left hand is raised to right shoulder where it gently pats down on the top of the shoulder with a relaxed palm (no claw) three times before returning hand. Repeat with right palm on left shoulder.
- Both hands reach down between feet and scoop just above the ground from heels to toes and carry on moving up as if to 'wipe' or 'pour' over top of head and face. Repeat again to make a total of 2 times.
- Scoop again but this time outside feet and going from toes to heels and bringing hands up to throw upwards from shoulders with an *inbreath* as you throw. Repeat 2 more times to make a total of 3 - after the 3rd throw run away to the left (and don't return) to avoid the thing you throw coming back at you.
