Your questions are completely right ones, at least from my point of wiew.
I also wander all the time what in fact are Human parasites, are they attached by us, or we attach them and take their attention.
I think that Universe is full of energies, forces, not all are good for us and not all are bad for us.
We, people are part of this Universe and as its part, we can interract with parasites. They are also part of this Universe, they exist like we do. But they are not all that we can interact to.
There are Guides, Nagual, there are some magnificent forces, freedom is there, power...not only parasites...we choose what to interract to!
What is the purpose of interracting with parasites? Where will that take us?
Are they our weaknessies, or we use them as an excuse for unability of making proper choices for better living.
I think that we are masters of our fates, rulers of our lives.
We can let things to happen, not to fight, let our weaknessies to rule our lives and get drown in fear and boredom.
Or we can live like a warriors, fight against our weakness, parasites...whatever and try not to be depended by it.
But it is our choice!
Eagle is a metaphore for unlimited force, totall awareness that we all long for, even though most of us are not aware of it.
Most of people spend their lives longing for something and not knowing what do they long for.
Being more aware is being more ballanced and closer to the answers and finding our true identity; light identity, energy identity that will make us feel complete.
Our Ego is just a word used to describe our tonal side personality. If person is too Egoistic it spends to much time in Tonal and for Tonal domain. It is a Modern Man as you say.
But we all have another, Spiritual side, its ''Ego'' is intire universe where nothing is more or less important.
People spend to much time talking and it dosn't leave them much time to feel and listen.
I think there is nothing bad in having Tonal Ego, as long as it is ballanced with Spiritual side of us. Tonal is important part of us too.
