Love
The love we are talking about is far more, incredibly more, than that which we normally call love. Love is the most positive of human experiences. It is the deepest, most profound, of human relationships. It is the giving of all you have to give to someone else.

It's unfortunate that the word "love" is used universally in the English language (and several other languages) when many different things are being expressed. Parental love. Familial love. Fraternal love. Sexual love. Romance. Affection. Yet none of those come close to the actuality of "love" itself.
I read the excerpt, and wasn't particularly impressed , but that's neither here nor there. What the writer was ATTEMPTING to express is true - love is the most profound of all experiences, and yet words fall short because it is something we have either experiencedor not, and trying to talk about it is like trying to explain the flavor of wine to a child who has never tasted it.
Love is the reason. Love is the glue. Love is a quantifiable force which can be measured within the manifestation of Power and Will. Without love, a warrior has neither power nor will. There is no explaining this. It simply is.
