If the voices you hear don`t go away, you will have to go see a psychiatrist, it can be a sign you have schizophrenia.
I don`t believe you are actually being harassed by a presence. But it`s possible, although I doubt it.
Seek the presence of people, try not to stay alone if you are scared. Bob may, told you to pray,
but I say, don`t expect anything from prayer.
Like grandspeculator said, others have come to this site experiencing problems after tensegrity practice.
You should not practice it anymore, until things have cleared up for you.
