If you were NOT practicing tensegrity ,hearing sounds could be more likely to be caused by a psychiatric disorder or of a neurological disorder. Practicing
ten. does not exclude any kind of bodily disorder though.


What do these voices tell you?


If you hear voices /noises right before going to sleep or just after waking up , they are called hypnogogic sounds(there are also hypnogogic visions and
hypnogogic tactile sensations ).A few days ago I was listening to some beatiful music that was on Tv. I turned it off and went to bed but the same melody
continiued for about 15 minutes,sounding as if coming from far away.I was not alone in the house,I thought for a minute to ask the other person if he is
hearing it too; then I decided not to. Of course he wouldn't be hearing it. The melody was not in my ears to be investigated ,neither was it there to scare
me, the melody was simply to be enjoyed.


When practicing tensegrity womb series, you can menstruate twice a month,you can get cramps in your womb just by watching someone else practicing those
series. I practice ten. rarely. But I like the
infinity breath.It helps if I feel bad in any way.


A few weeks ago, in my lucid dream I felt the presence of some annoying body leaning on me. I did not feel afraid , but very angry. I grabbed it and I shouted
" I am a Toltec warrior,do you understand ,I am a Toltec warrior , go back to your hole where you come from."I have no idea why I said
"hole" though. I have no knowledge of entities coming from holes or dwelling in holes.The dream ended there,but maybe after 15 minutes or so, some
more came back. I beated them up in the dream. This contininued for several hours in my sleep .I tried to create a weapon in my hand , but I couldn't , so
I attAcked with bare hands(in the dream). When I finally woke up I dressed up and went out to eat, thinking what to do.You can't stand such a thing every
night, they don't let you sleep, they disturb you. Then the owner owner of the house came and said they might be sent by a person who is angry at her.She
tried many methods to clean the house, all from different paths. It all seemed very funny to try every method in a row, I was laughing the whole time, and she
was saying "giggle now , I 'll see you tonight if they come again". They did not come to me again,but before going to sleep I had said something
lke "I intend not to be bothered by any creature, bla bla"


You can see and hear things in the daytime also.I have heard of someone whose daydreaming turning into a very lucid daydreaming.


Upon facing unusual life situations , you shouldn't be frightened , BECAUSE İT DOESN'T HELP.Well it might be considered normal to be frightened a few
seconds,but after that stand strong ,consider everything and do what you feel you have to do. There is your dreaming body , there is your nagual body and your
nagual dreaming body(it has been written about them in these forums)and they are all connected to your physical body. (Am I correct?) They have been
accumulating power for some time ,they are there to protect you, to guide you, they are there to act if it is needed. That might be how we intuit
things,because we have our connection with those bodies. If you were not afraid because of the voices, but out of no apparent reason at all, I would speculate
that , you might be sensing real danger, real physical danger of some sort.


Practice recapitulation first, instead of tensegrity.


Recapitulate your hearing of the voice next time you hear it, if you can. If you are so frightened that you can't recapitulate, take a very deep breath
and slowly exhale.


What is preferrable is taking 3-4 short gasps of air, and one long exhalation. ( don Juan describes the technique fully; this is my simplified version of it) .


In my case (I don't feel frightened but sometimes I feel a terrible depression and sadness suddenly, it feels so bad, worse than dying) I do this breath,
it dissolves the excrutaiting pain I was feeling in 1 or 2 seconds ,I am not exaggerating about the time. It acts so fast and so effectively that I can't
believe that I was feeling what I was feeling a moment ago. If I breathe like that, and the sadness still stays , there is either real physical danger or
somebody is planning to cheat me or someone I love is in danger etc ; and I face what is waiting for me in minutes or hours. These kinds of warnings I should
say, happen rarely but every time there is a need to.




I do agree strongly what others have said about. Everything should be considered when dealing with fear.
