I don't think a psychiatrist could help .They don't have any kind of criteria for people who practice what we are practicing(dreaming,
tensegrity,not doings,etc).Someone like Howard Lee as Grandspeculator suggested might help .
That kind of anxiety I feel happens very rarely , like once a year ,or once in 3 years. And if does not go away by deep breathing, always someting bad
happens in my daily life. So I think it is a warning. "You said silence your mind." ; so the next time I feel that kind of anxiety and if it
doesn't dissolve by breathing, I will try silencing and try to see.I have use it as an opportunity . Or maybe I should not do the breathing , keep the
anxiety and see the coming event;maybe than it would be easier to see, while still keeping the anxiety inside me.
