Castaneda's books are the gift that keeps on giving.
I had overlooked this thing about sadness and shields. I get it . I recall many times of attempting to bury myself in various activities in order to avoid
the core feelings of dissatisfaction , boredom or whatever. I still face some aspects of that now.
Kudos to one and all , especially this week, for exploring real stuff , and doing it with humor.
