The way I see it- the human species has rhythmically changed its habitual total assemblage position over the aeons as different ages and understandings have been assimilated by the collective.
At any time before a total assemblage shift there are always avant garden individuals who have completed/ predicted the next assemblage move and in so doing resolved the challenge early.
Sorcerers who have made the leap to infinity have predicted every advance in assemblage and have launched off our world in parallel to the species evolution. This is how beings such as the death defied can still be relative to our world overtime without physically being part of our dimension.
The thing with the flyer is that it is a representative portion of the unresolved collective challenge. The next time the entire habitual collective moves it will coincide with the dissolving of the flyer linked to current earths hap.
I suppose you could actually blame the sorcerers who have made the leap to infinity for creating the flyer.
A metaphor would be a scientist who engineers a virus infects himself and on survival releases it as a pandemic-
