I think it's a fairly standard deduction.
having a vision that the flyer is resolved en masse as the human assemblage point shifts en masse is a good device to ensure that the flyer is not just ejected to the greater environment and is at least relegated to its inevitable resolution alongside human awareness survival.
Purpose being to ensure it is flyer resolution and not flyer avoidance.
