My problem with this topic is lack of experience with the flyers. I have seen one (maybe), so it is much guessing and recalling old knowledge. 

Not identifying with the feelings is the key. you know the difference between 'Im sad' and 'I have a sad feeling' (or how its writting in english) 

It is all about what we give our awareness to. Flyer food or personal drama, no matter what you lose personal power
