i suppose with modern computer control they could scatter drivers throughout a city...
and fire them deliberatly in a cascade pattern.. in any direction across the city..
they could create false doplar effects.. and mute spots.. white noise and engineer sub bass pockets..
I once read a 2000ad comic.. thargs future shocks.. which had radiowaves which had been slungshot around the sun and various
other stars back to earth only to arrive early and foretell the future.
