I just had this conversation in main forum, it applies to what I was saying here about my friend.

Achilles was defeated because he was accessible. Even just that tiny little part of his heel...it was accessible and he was beaten.
Nu Lang Wrote: Yes, the sad thing for Achilles is he didn't know his heel was not protected, and because he didn't know there was no action he could have taken to remedy that. So to know is to be able to do something about it to change it. It starts with knowing, that's the first step, then doing based upon what is known. Then correcting as you go along because what you know changes when you know more. I feel its even more complex then this, such as we know but there is the factor of influences around that can cloud judgement too. So its a complex situation and it takes time to advance upon the warrior path... lots of grey areas. We have more maneuverability than most of our fellow men, but that doesn't mean we don't relapse into their types of attentions and behaviors. It doesn't mean we are not warriors or that we are black magicians either, it just shows the vastness of attention. Assemblage of perception. So definitions function only on a contextual level, case by case basis and what works.
