Hello, in a way I agree that milk is awkward to drink for the fact that hundreds of years ago I can't imagine my great grand pappy going up to a cow and start sucking on their tits for some milk it was meant fot the baby's, but on the other hand I can't see living without cheese.
Cheese is my weakness that I enjoy.
pasturization kills bacteria and we all should not depend on milk as we were baby's for the vital nutrients.
Me personally I just use it for my coffee and cooking and its great with cereal.
