I keep chuckling, reading the conversation over at Sustained Reaction about personal realities.
I'm one to feel inclined to believe (ha... can't keep a staight face here...) that a word has a meaning which correlates with some object, which presumes this object... and in many instances objectifies something which in fact does not exist at all.
Reality is just such a word. If there is one, there can only be one. That is the simple definition of the word. Oh, add 'supreme' if it suits you, and then we might (WE might) 'share' a hierarchy of personal realities within the construct of the one supreme reality.
Personal reality, supreme reality. Are they really (ha) at odds?
Certainly they're separate...
