I'm not touting Buddha here, but you misunderstood.  DESIRE IS GOOD and should be pervasive.  That it permeates my being, does not preclude reasonable objective detachment.  That little trick called detachment is the WHOLE FUCKING DEAL!!!!!~!!~!!!~
