Well, I would hope that people come here for various reasons and there is not just one reason to post here. I do think that is just your opinion anyway.
Funny you call what I say strict. Does anyone else perceive it that way? I know some here have talked about developing discipline, a certain kind that is needed for spiritual understandings. Yes, we have to discipline the mind away from habitual reactions. And that endeavor is actually satisfying to do.
