I'm probably not the surgeon you want :/ I'm exactly what you don't want as I'm the snip happy variety. I just get going and a high tide turns into a relentless passionate tsunami (or hurricane, either gets the point across).

You, however, are quite precise and reserved. You make a skilled surgeon. Good for surgery, but not so great for the other side of things.
Hmmm. I suggest you do surgery on yourself because you're the best surgeon here. Second best is likely me as I have the skill, but I don't have the patience for it. You'll have to take the third best surgeon. I would name names but people get weird about name calling around here.
