But the mind as a battlefield is a battle we can´t really win using our own minds only, as the flyers are really masters of that game. Hence why we need to stop the internal dialogue to win the war.
Wherever you go on earth you´ll find that the people able to perform feats of power all use different means to achieve that.
Dance, music, chants, mantras etc are the easiest way I think..They "trap" the minds attention and while the mind is intoxicated by whatever you are doing the other parts of you make a break for freedom.
