Pixie, maybe you can bring in the spirit aspect Smile hehe. 

I have found breath to be a useful tool. I tend to use it mainly to relax, to fall asleep in a more conscious way, to become more aware of my body, to move more into the present moment and sometimes for other things. (Sometimes it works more effectively for me than at other times though hehe).

I do find it intriguing that one of the speakers talked about how a specific breath pattern creates the emotion. It follows that not only the eyes or feelings can help shift the AP, breath can do it too. I was, of course, already using breath for just this, but I guess I did not realize the scope of it to the degree that I realized it when watching that video.
