As someone getting into the area of holistic healing I find the breathing and the yoga to be very important. HOlistic healing deals with the totality of health ranging from physical, mental, spiritual, social, and emotional areas of our "wholeness". I find it awesome that holistic healers focus on the cause of illness and not just the symptoms of the illness. You must find the cause and treat the cause. You must look at a person as a whole entity. I love how breathing is made to be so important. I just researched herbs for energy, and vitality, and stamina and endurance, which I think relates to breathing. I just sit here and take a few deep breathes and all my worries dissolve away and i feel a rush in my body. Its true that casinos often flood extra oxygen into the room to promote happiness. I think taking time to deep breath and become aware of the moment around you brings about much happiness and well being.
