Sunrise River Meditation
#1
I left my house this morning at 5am to find a place to meditate as I always love to do and drove down to the river where the fishermen park and fish from the bank. I was all alone as I drove up to the spot that the Djinn who were following me were comfortable with, next to a cotton wood tree in front of a river with a full moon casting its luminous sparkles at me from directly across the river. It was just the Djinn, the place, the moon and me. After a while I was no longer in my Physical mind/body and instead I had moved into my Solar and Pranic bodies where they were ready to push my assemblage point into discreet positions that I could get answers to my questions concerning core principles of Nagualism.

With the help of the Djinn I remembered something important from my past. My brother and I came close to dying when we were young after ingesting my grand fathers bottle of Dexedrine. When that happened my pranic energy body awoke as my binding force began to disappear which woke my Solar body to compensate, so that when the hospital brought me back from the edge, I came back as a double being with my regular body and self and this other side that wouldn't go away and would scare me whenever it surfaced. I struggled with my nature, until through the martial arts, I came to realize it is stupid to get your panties in a twist every time this change occurs. We need to witness like a tree that everything moves around and learn to stand up to our own nature and the nature of the world around us.

Humanity in spite of being predated on by other beings and at high noon for the Tonal has surprised even the nay sayers by surviving as technological animals that learn and behave from a place of very little power of their own.

This predicament we are in, having to go forward with very little power, forces us to use our God given gifts of the mind and heart. We know what we want when the heart is in charge and then we know how to accomplish what we want without disrupting the worlds of others when the mind is leading.

For a Sorcerer who is only concerned for oneself, this is a horrible state of affairs as they tend towards power gluttony, for a Nagualist this is where fairness begins as they seek states of harmony between themselves and other beings.  Naguals are trying to get rid of all the unneccessary work that is not related to security and well being so they can save energy for a specific maneuver available to them.

In other words Naguals save energy in order to create a second rebirth from the assemblage point out to infinity with the same energy that fused our awareness's at conception. When this happens we become the finite mind and heart on an eternal journey through the infinite mind and heart.

Hey Dan.. Nice sharing.. I however wouldnt say warriors and naguals have little power in this world. All the power is in our own hands and all one has to do is shift the world in their awareness and watch as the world shifts to align. Its all real time ya know.

Hope everyone is doing well and making good progress.
Serloco, because of the regimine of martial arts, landscaping and meditation I have become quite proficient at Chi Sao or Sticky Hands which is a Chinese Martial Art that uses powerlessness to probe an opponents structure before using any power back.  The point is to really use power, you need to accomplish the same act using little or none, beause then when you do, your acts will be impeccable in that they only use the correct amount of power required.  What we tend to ignore or forget is that half of our being is made deliberately powerlessness so we can know without disturbing the things we are trying to know.  That is why Don Juan stressed so fervently to know how to stop the internal dialogue in order to know the world without one disturbing it with thought in order to experience 'energy as it flows in the universe'.

There are many reasons to stop the internal dialogue. You are assuming that there is a flow present aside from yourself to be one with, assuming disconnection, and not that you are already one with it. your internal dialogue is a means in which we cast the world into form, and into power. Guide and control this flow and be one with the essence of time.

My thoughts do not disturb anything and I do not invest power as you form it to myself and my actions. I flow with my energy body already and it can reach perfection in all of its actions and relationships.

Serloco, yes, your thoughts are what makes the world the way it is, from micro thinking all the way up to macro thinking.  Each thought has two sides.  One side that reflects and the other side that illuminates. All I am saying is with thoughts that reflect, the energy that flows in the universe can flow though our being as something we siliently witness rather than actively interact with while illuminating the self with mindless chatter.

Yes, to merely pay attention is key. If your mind has useless chatter in it then silencing or redirecting your energies is also key. I would suggest reforming the construct of your mind itself it is accepting and indulging in useless pursuits. Curbing your intent is in order. It is not merely paying attention to the world for the world is everything, it is what you pay attention to.

Underlined serloco's 'is' to help the point.  However, I like to draw from the attentive power to world to banish myself at times, and bathe in that experience of attempted negation.

OOOhhh!  I'm telling you!   (This sensation, I crave for)

Yes, billy, it is stupid to underrate the ability to let go of ones thoughts and structure and dissolve into an outside event.  I think I am re-saying what you just meant.  After training Chi Gong for a while the ability to dissolve got stronger.  I am like you, in that the sensation of having your senses become part of something else for awhile beats the same old self body experience when your sense come home.  It is the weirdest thing to have your physical body parked somewhere while you go into a tree or a boat full of people, or geese and other water fowl.  I feel what they feel and I know what they know without caring how this is possible, not even for a single instant.
Once while a group of geese in the water began to take off, I Saw the sound of them calling to one another saying, 'Come on!  Come on!  To the place!  To the place!  I am coming!  I am coming!'.  All this amid the joy of each bird joining the flock to go somewhere together as flying creatures enjoying what they love to do best.  Flight!

No Oculus, you are not re-saying  what I just meant.

I pay attention to the WORLD to distinguish and emphasize my separation.  I draw power from that.

Seeing an outside phenomenon, is not to "become part of something else."  Oppositely, I relish the objective of being APART, especially from the world in WHOLE.

A more extreme sensation of falling out of world and into my heart, can induce a rush of adrenalin initially.   As the outside world disappears, I am DRAWN to shutting down my SELF.  This can prompt serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins, neurotransmitters, etc.

I intend a sensational climax in love of my isolation!

Ultimately I want to be a part of existence, but not as a person. I don't want that.  My worthlessness that way is a given.  I recreate myself as an object, and gobble up the putrid SENSE of my own existence.  I peel clean indentity, or at least the sense of deserving one.

I pleasure in thick, rich, sensuality of SELF rejection.  The pure aliveness is rapture.

A profitable result of this 'self negation exercise' is the cultivated soil for easier detachment and peaceful SELF.

Isn't the goal full awareness?  When that happens, there is no distinction between self and world.
The world is my body.....
The world is my mind.....
I am the emptiness that contains both......

From emptiness is Identity and awareness of Identities (separation).  The full awareness you allude to is called tripping on LSD (lol, yet truth for many).   Yes, there are experiences of full awareness you speak of, which I refer to as states of grace (I've been lucky that way).  And too, such profound visits by emptiness cultivates harmony in SELF, which I refer to as Authenticiy.  My newest learning involves fluidity that comes from intent of indifference (void).  Serloco made the astute point to intend what knowledge comes from going here (he called it silence), and not just simply be silent.  He also made me aware to SEE the 'bridge' to where attention creates form, so eventually one can cast form.

Such achievements of hightened awareness can be simplified--> become the light ({fluidity (omniscience in controlled folly and belief in limitless possibilities)}.  This fluidity begets fluidity by actual practices and manifestations of creating one's reality.
While this constitutes 'full' awareness, I do not know I am ONENESS/EVERYTHING/ALWAYS (or 'GOD').

OMG, I would tell anyone who would desire omni knowledge to read every word serloco ever wrote in this nagual forum.

If what I wrote here can be refined for better understanding, I hereby beckon serloco to do so.

Amazing is a huge understatement for my account of serloco, and I am blessed by his gifts to me.

Want to clarify that this is not the only way to cast form, but "SEEING the bridge" makes you more efficient to cast form.

Oculus: Caught like a rat in a rat trap

Oculus, I understand that PERFECTLY, and reflects my phenomenalogical stance that existence is not necessary and disqualifies 'OUGHTNESS' of all that follows.  Thus, controlled folly is for me.

In my detachments, and ultimately controlled folly, I learned to take the energy of angst in being "Caught like a rat in a rat trap" and SEEING both sadness and joy in the same.  REALLY, such sadness will make you laugh hysterically in the best moments of detachment and controlled folly.

NOT to say there are no pains in my life, just that I tend to experience them FULLY in acquiescence (or in aquiscence following immediately thereafter).  I then usually detach with relative mastery and absorb their (all negative emotions) power.

Laughing > there is no other place like being "Caught like a rat in a rat trap."  Know what I mean?

I may be just a rat in a trap to others, but to me I am a rat escaping the trap and holding my own against the cat.

One way or the other, in the middle of unconcern, you are just a rat to me. (Making a light-hearted point on my part.)

Finding a perfect time of day to visit a power spot and then meditate with all one's boundaries dissolved.  Open to whatever is out there and available to share the thoughts of the Devine.
