I think I'm in the right place.
I've been searching long and hard for discussion on the topics I've been reading here.I believe we're on a tragic roundabout of reincarnation and I know deep in my soul that I never wanted to be here from my earliest perceptions of this current experience.
It has always felt wrong to me and while sometimes I feel like a babe in the woods ie naive and gullible to an extent.-maybe I've seen it all before and I know that the ego driven existence is intrinsically wrong 
Interestingly: and slightly tragically I guess :I had a mini stroke about a year ago where all internal dialogue stopped and I temporarily lost the power of speech.Very strange, but I instantly felt euphoric even while  knowing that I was in a spot of trouble.
The tears came later but the silence was truly golden.
Since that event I have seen shadows and figures in the periphery vision and have had an insatiable thirst to get the answers I need before I move on from this existence.
A bit of a quest I guess but there are lots of blind alleys in this search and this place looks like a well sign posted trail to the correct conclusion.
I'm looking forward to some interesting interaction and to learning what I can.
