It's by noting the behaviour of people. Once while I was watching the downtown black people in this neighborhood. I noticed how that when they said
what's up to you -- they just wanted you to be normal. But if they says what's up, what's up-- they wanted to sell you a hit of dope.
What you could say to that man if it should happen again is Alabama Get Away.
Alabama is a big corpulent black man that puts up girls on 16th street in downtown and gives them their dope.
