Yuku copyright rules

Wolf or anybody I would check with Yuku on this condition because It may be if you are trying to make money this may be the case but in this circumstance when
someone is talking about you personally and you let people see what is said about you for just the intent of clarifying dialog without anything thats
copyrighted.




How can a open forum be copyrighted?




Look at the media and all the open debate going on, thats not copyrighted because its open debate or forum.




Copyrighted material for publishing is a different story and a forum is a public forum.




If I was a terrorist and I said something bad about you, could you cover this under copyright laws on a public forum?




Yuku is very diverse and would look at this Wolf and side with you if you were to be quilty of malicious actions by posting factual open discussion and not the
content of Lujans book.




I would let it be until you contact a Yuku REP to discuss this absurd violation that is unfounded or overexagerated with your limitations when it comes to
"OPEN" forums.




Another Example of the obsurdity is that I could create a forum to violate you in any such way that I see fit and Ban you and if any friend made a link or
posted any material that I would have the right to take legal action you because because you made it known.

Also I would wish you to take note of the rules of conduct that are in the introductory section of PP forum and it is specifically stated that all posts are
copyrighted and any use of this copyright material requires the permission of the author of the post if you wish to transfer it anywhere outside the forum.

I would challenge this as far as being lawful because as I see it "as the statement above" is a request not to publish it for but to reference it for
non profitable gains on his public forum is a different circumstance and not to be taken as legal fact because you can not take public forum and copyright it
because if this is the case I will start a new website to systematically and maliciously make up lies and false actions about anybody on a public forum and
have it copyrighted so nobody else can view it because I would ban them if they were the ones that I targeted and sue them in the court of law if they shared
it with anybody.




Lujans intent when he stated that his site was copyrighted was because of the transcripes that he referenced in his book that were copyrighted.




How can you copyright a public forum?




Try and copyright Facebook, Myspace or Sustained Reaction or an e-mail.
