MY COMMENT:

I'm considering buying one of these Obama funeral urns and sending it special delivery to the main headquarters of the Klu Klux Klan stuffed with 'white crackers'. They may get a kick out of it

Okay then, keeping this in mind...

IT'S TIME TO CLEAN THE HOUSE!!!

Then again...****....
I've learned that the only way I can hope to enjoy the process of doing something I really don't want to do is to keep making myself laugh!
I just kept thinking of silly stuff as much as I could and would share it here as it came along. That transformed the drudgery of cleaning the house into something a lot more fun

Well, it worked for me and that's all that really matters in the long run

Very insightfull and empowering, because I always thought that nothing can ever be really flushed away - cleansed.
That what is done is done and that the flushing away is something we cannot in slightest affect, induce or hope into.
In sense, that I always thought as I was told, that we can go only forward and not backward nor down, always up, otherwise nothing is gained.

How the heck people would want to memorialize their loved ones,

in a funeral urn, as though they died on a guillotine is beyond me,

but to each his or her own...head

"Hermes Trismegistus

Master of all arts and sciences. perfect in all crafts, Ruler of the Three Worlds, Scribe of the Gods, and Keeper of the Books of Life, Thoth Hermes Trismegistus – the Three Times Greatest

Hermes Trismegistus was regarded by the ancient Egyptians as the embodiment of the Universal Mind. While in all probability there actually existed a great sage and educator by the name of Hermes, it is impossible to extricate the historical man from the mass of legendary accounts which attempt to identify him with the Cosmic Principle of Thought.

SUPPOSITIONS CONCERNING THE IDENTITY OF HERMES

Iamblichus averred that Hermes was the author of twenty thousand books; Manetho increased the number to more than thirty-six thousand (see James Gardner)–figures which make it evident that a solitary individual, even though he be overshadowed by divine prerogative, could scarcely have accomplished such a monumental labor. Among the arts and sciences which it is affirmed Hermes revealed to mankind were medicine, chemistry, law, art, astrology, music, rhetoric, Magic, philosophy, geography, mathematics (especially geometry), anatomy, and oratory. Orpheus was similarly acclaimed by the Greeks.

In his Biographia Antiqua, Francis Barrett says of Hermes: “* * * if God ever appeared in man, he appeared in him, as is evident both from his books and his Pymander; in which works he has communicated the sum of the Abyss, and the divine knowledge to all posterity; by which he has demonstrated himself to have been not only an inspired divine, but also a deep philosopher, obtaining his wisdom from God and heavenly things, and not from man.”

His transcendent learning caused Hermes to be identified with many of the early sages and prophets. In his Ancient Mythology, Bryant writes: “I have mentioned that Cadmus was the same as the Egyptian Thoth; and it is manifest from his being Hermes, and from the invention of letters being attributed to him. ” Investigators believe that it was Hermes who was known to the Jews as “Enoch,” called by Kenealy the “Second Messenger of God.” Hermes was accepted into the mythology of the Greeks, later becoming the Mercury of the Latins. He was revered through the form of the planet Mercury because this body is nearest to the sun: Hermes of all creatures was nearest to God, and became known as the Messenger of the Gods.

In the Egyptian drawings of him, Thoth carries a waxen writing tablet and serves as the recorder during the weighing of the souls of the dead in the judgment Hall of Osiris–a ritual of great significance. Hermes is of first importance to Masonic scholars, because he was the author of the Masonic initiatory rituals, which were borrowed from the Mysteries established by Hermes. Nearly all of the Masonic symbols are Hermetic in character. Pythagoras studied mathematics with the Egyptians and from them gained his knowledge of the symbolic geometric solids. Hermes is also revered for his reformation of the calendar system. He increased the year from 360 to 365 days, thus establishing a precedent which still prevails. The appellation “Thrice Greatest” was given to Hermes because he was considered the greatest of all philosophers, the greatest of all priests, and the greatest of all kings. It is worthy of note that the last poem of America’s beloved poet, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, was a lyric ode to Hermes."

Thanks for all the work, you made me curious about him, so I want to share one quote from him.
"I need not don a coat of mail or a buckler against you, for you are not learned or experienced enough to refute even one word of mine...
You defend your kongdom with belly-crawling and flattery. How long do you think this will last ?...
Let me tell you this: every little hair on my neck knows more than you and all your scribes and my shoe-buckles are more learned than your Galen and Avicenna
and my beard has more experience than all your high colleges."

I believe in gleaning only the best of the best of all philosophies that may cross my path. Whatever is useful towards bettering my life is welcome in my personal belief system
Whatever is no longer useful in bettering my life is summarily tossed out

I find it best to be extremely detached from my CURRENT beliefs. There are probably lots of things attributed to Hermes that he never actually stated or believed. The same may very well be true of Jesus, The Buddha, Krishna, Allah, etc....

So whatever is noble

Whatever is good

Whatever is honorable

Whatever is strong and healthy

Whatever attracts and manifests a life to be proud of

with lots of extra wonderful things to share

is more than welcome in my personal belief system

Chances there are greater things in Heaven and Earth

than Hermes Trismegitus conceived possible!

I thought, that Judes did not like Jesus, because he has other faith then them and that they killed him because, it treatened their high position and wealth.
In my opinion jesus was a **** and that got him on a cross, but well the Spirit gave him that job, so he did not cared and procceded to higherlife anyway,
but today people who are exactly like jesus are just hippies who does not get anywhere in life, maybe to just some church, but not into real actions and on parties, modern life is about.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST you don't take chances blaspheming against Jesus or ANY religious figure respected by many as a sacred being. It's simply not a wise thing to do and considering how Jesus went up against the entire Jewish religion with the truth it's obvious that JESUS WAS VERY COURAGEOUS!!!
If Jesus was a cowardly wimp, as you suggest, He would NOT have gone to the cross. He would have done and said ANYTHING to escape being killed in such a manner.
Remember that when they came to arrest Jesus HE DIDN'T RUN and try to hide. Jesus accepted the fate thrust upon Him by God and did not try to run from God's judgment, as Jonah did. THAT'S REAL COURAGE ALRIGHT!!!!

There is much I don't know, but I do know I should have respect for such beings. I have respect for Jesus, Krishna, Allah, Shiva, Jehovah, Yahweh, The Buddha, Hermes Trismegistus, Satan and the Fallen Angels and ALL BEINGS reported to be extraordinarily powerful in the realm of the Spirit.

I strongly suggest you respect them as well just in case unless, of course, you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU could have handled Jesus' mission much better than Jesus did!!!

People exactly like Jesus? You know hippies who can walk on water and raise the dead????? You know hippies who can be killed and rise from the dead??? I suggest you think before you talk about people who are just like Jesus, in this day and age!

SUPPOSEDLY, the long hair and beard Jesus image, the world is familiar with, WAS A RENAISSANCE CREATION. In the earliest artistic depictions of Jesus He DIDN'T have long hair or a beard, or so I remember seeing in a documentary.

I consider it unnecessarily dangerous to make such statements. We don't know, for a fact, that there is no God. There just may be a God so why take chances needlessly? I don't consider it wise to do so...just in case.
Please consider this for if there is a Jesus and a God I feel I MUST do what I can to help you to see that you should not blindly take chances that you can say and do whatever you like and risk no consequences for your actions

YOU SHOULD BLINDLY ASSUME THAT YOU MAY VERY WELL BE INCORRECT

ABOUT A GREAT MAN THINGS IN LIFE!

Yes I am.
I did not pronounced him a coward, just a effeminate and that towards age we are living in, his teachings are in actual age boring and nonsenseful and for peace-lovers who are even not able to gut animal.
I did not said I do not respect them, I just does not care of them, because if apocalypse come and the whole governments and electrics system will fall off, they will be the first who will get eaten by zombies and killed while praying, by those who does not care of god and have actual weapons. Christians and such will support you with sweet love and fear from sins, but at that it ends, they wont slap you when you need it, they let you indulge in your own tendency to be just a crying **** and silent like a mouse. We cannot overlook the fact that modern society is builded upon governmental system which is upholded by economics and in background by police and army and about spirituality noone cares on those places.
I think jesus would be very glad if he would see how much people died over centuries, by his holy name, do you think he would reconsider doing what he done ?
btw. Jesus was black and what he did is nothing more than life of a beggar and personaly for me Jesus was even worse then Hitler.

I know that if you kill one hippie, ten more show up.
I do not know people that walks on water and such and even you have no 100% evidence of such, but I know people who can pacify you or kill you from three meters, before you would realize what is going on.
I do not believe in god, because if he would exist, there would not be hundreds of them but just one and moreover god is weapon like anything else.

I learned in my life that there is big difference between beign purely yourself and beign just inquisitor who catches every chance to bash others with truth of truths of truths over head.
There can be only just one Great Man in one life.

From the studies I have done this effeminate look of Jesus

WAS A RENAISSANCE CREATION!!!

It is the way the Vatican wanted Jesus depicted!!!

From my studies, the earliest paintings depicting Jesus

had him beardless with relatively short somewhat curly hair

There can be only just one Great Man in one life. You're taking big chances with your attitude towards Jesus
I wouldn't risk it if I were you!

Many people now claim miraculous deliverance through the power of the Living Jesus Christ. I have seen NO ONE citing such deliverances through The Buddha or Krishna or Allah or ANYONE ELSE!

So, if you are wise, you will not take your chances blaspheming against Jesus

REMEMBER THAT YOU DON'T ACTUALLY KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THERE IS A GOD!!
