I get up early. Real early. Mind you, I go to bed pretty early too, so it's not like I don't get a good night's rest.

And there's such a feeling of promise when I arise. It's really noticeable. And I make a pot of coffee, and take a cup out into the yard, and sit and
listen to the birds ... And it really seems as if they feel that same feeling of promise.

I don't do anything, just drink my coffee. I'm liable to drink the whole pot before thinking I ought to dig in and do something. But what?

Today a couple of lovely young girls showed up to see how I was doing. Really, that's even what they said, almost to the letter. "We just came to see
how you are doing." one of them said. Very sweet. And they are such attractive young girls, how could I not brighten a bit to see them sitting at my
kitchen table? But still sad too, darn, I don't like being 'sad' all the time!

They made a big thing out of cheering me up and giving me advice, and all of it was sound and good, and I was laughing when they left.

Alone once more, I wind up wondering about this bunch here. I can sure feel the kinship. Send me another dot.

That's kinda expensive, isn't it?
I knew a couple of young druggie entrepreneurs who after makin' up all those 'dots' had this big seemingly empty jar.
Man, did we ever have fun emptying that empty jar!
I love L.S.D.
I've not had any since then. That was back in 1994.
Wow, time flies, doesn't it.

I will write a story as intelligent as Einstein and as intelligent as Stephan Hawking about that line, for a price, I'm a presently unemployed writer.

I mean L.S.D.!! I'm *still* havin' fun... Yeah, with an empty jar... lol...

Crow:
Gee. Is that how you work? Field an idea, and for a price, you'll write about it?
God, I wish you were here.
Maybe some day we'll get together in day to day life. I already know I'd like that.
So, where are you, if you don't mind my asking?

The answer is in story #1 of The Einstein and Zweistein Guitar Company Magazine.

I don't read magazines. Nope. No television, no radio (except the one here at Camp Nagual) no newspapers... just 'SR' and 'warriors of total freedom' at 'Yahoo'.
So you're an 'out of work writer' who fixes guitars?
That's a very specialized kind of work. Do you have a workshop?
Have you ever tried your hand at miniature-making? Well, that's something I do, and it's very focused and kind of restful work. I get right into it when I get into it...
And there are 'serious collectors' who pay more for a miniature than they will for a full-size piece, if you can believe.
You might try making a miniature Spanish guitar. Or a lute?
There's an accepted 'standard' miniature scale. It's 1:12, or 'one inch to the foot'.
I bet you'd be a fine miniaturist, should you find your heart in that work.
