Alignment of humanity
#1
So take a minute, its like a recap. Focus and remember all the things you love about humanity and the world at large.  Take time and maybe write them down. The more you do this the more you attract them into your life. The more focus the more alignment occurs. Synchronicity happens. Write down all the best qualities of people, friends, lovers, animals, places, etc. Give them reality. Existence.

Ohhh baby gimmie more of that!! hehehe. I love generosity. I love it when people help old people. I love heroes and heroines. I love people with special abilities, like telepathy and mind control. I like people who think deeply. I love people who love nature and animals. I love people that care for the world. I love innovation and technology. This is a good reminder.  The compulsion, when undergoing recapitulation I tremember, is to focus obsessively on all those moments when life was at its worst....being bullied, embarrassed, fearful, in a rage, enmeshed in lust (the ugly, dark, greedy kind I mean), in acute pain and desperate to be free of it, lazy, bored, irritated.....on and on and on.  Pessimism perpetuates itself.

It's important to range fully, I'm finding, when looking back....look at the best moments as well and dive in just as deeply.  And then when looking around.  I mean, that's part of the point of the recapitulation I feel is to be free of the devilishly obsessive compulsion of mental distraction/projection in order to enjoy the energetics of what's going on right in front of my face Smile  It truly is an unfathomable wonder.

The soothing mesmerizing rumble of a cats purr when I lay my head on its reclining chest...seeing a birds feathers ruffle in the wind.....watching crows wheel/spin in the sky.....seeing a jets contrail way up high on a clear, cold day.....morning and evening twilight.....watching tiny threads of energy streak between stars at night.....hearing the lonely sound of a metal bat hitting a baseball off in the distance.....the squinchy sound of walking through snow....the feeling of water on my face......the gentle roar/snap/crackle of fire......approaching a huge, bustling city when on a road trip....the feel of a jet accelerate and take off on a runway....the thrill of groovy, intelligent electronic music when my energy is up....the incredible body rush when seeing luminous abstractions when falling asleep....the cool side of the pillow....the sun!....the moon and its phases

I like your list. Yes, many people do recap the worst moments of their lives. To take back that energy and become free of those experiences. Makes sense. I developed my own style of recap a while back when I enhanced my memory. I saw that since you can take back the intent from a memory I wondered if you could duplicate feats of power? I figured it was worth a try. I began channelling power form them right away and soon I began copying the exact states of awareness I sued to do my feats. I mimicked them perfectly. I was able to extract dark energy from my memories. FOr me I needed power and a special position to do many of my shifts and it was time consuming and energy spending to get there and so copying them in a memory seemed a good thing to do. WIth one glance at my memory I could take back and redo any feat I wanted from my past. My memories became enhanced a great deal. I could see the power in them, the state of awareness, and the dark energy. The memories themselves had their own energy signatures.

Smile  Cool. That all sounds pretty advanced.  I'm just going for the base-ics right now Wink .  Stability....which I've never really had.

Some say, also, that when you think of something part of you connects to that target. Like when you think of a long lost friend and they enter back into your life. We all have lines reaching out to everything in the world, connecting us to reality. Upholding it. Sustaining it's very existence.

Reach out and give some love to the world.

I love a moment of sufficient lucidity. I love life with a purpose. I love purposeful suffering. I love the light at the end of the tunnel even when someone is turned away from it. I love the endless falling and flying

And those metal boxes from ikea..
And shelves of bright records
The laughter of the day
The music in the may

And being swayed
From falling

to the flyaway

Oh how I love a woman's smile
the games we play in while we rile
the sadness of loss is love's expression
the memories we hold keeps them alive without question
oh and what of the smell of bacon in the morning
fresh coffee brewing when the alarm goes off without warning
children at christmas bussing around the tree
the chance of the chance
the chance to be free
