Time is the essence of atttention. Think about it. Literally. When you go for a walk how much time does it take to get there when you envision the walk? This si the essence of your attention. You envision two places, a to b. You envision the walk from a to b on foot, or in vehicle. Now expand that vision and imagine portals in between, imagine time shortening and lengthening. Bend your imagination, your attention. Insert, using your attention, things into your walk. It makes a normal walk much more interesting.

Folding space is not so difficult. You can learn to understand that reality is not yet created unless your attention is on it. Unless you are there already. Reality exists in your attention, in your perception. If you can perceive reality as negative energy, or as void, then you can step over reality to get to point B. Folding space is like imagining that around the corner is China. You skip over the area in between. Awareness equals perception, and thus if your awareness somehow perceives point B closer, or around the corner, then you will be able to walk there in seconds.
