Voicing your intent is a very good practice. Over time you merge your intent with the command of the eagle, or God's will. Every time you do it you are guiding your awareness and intent, you are setting up the way and controlling it. It also builds for you a way to master and wield your intent. Be very specific hen you do this ad it will form a position of awareness that makes for an instant command. Also with practice you will find that things you do not want to intend wil not manifest unless you voice the intent to do so. It is a very good way to build what I call a 'teller'. You tell things what to be and what to do. With your voice you can dish power to your allies and move the objects and people in your world.. Being specifis and using your command to guide your intent is the best ad safest way to wield your power and intent.
