Perception suffers a profound jolt when we are placed in states of quietude in darkness. Our hearing takes the lead and the signals from all the living and
existing entities around us can be detected--not with our hearing only, but with a combination of the auditory and visual senses, in that order. In darkness
the eyes become subsidiary to the ears. The test of darkness is to stay in a completely dark sealed room for 24 hours alone.When a seeker has done this in a
way that tests himself then he/she will forever be changed. Remember that there is but one voice of seeing. In the darkness, you will experience many emotions
and thoughts. There will be panic. Awareness. Love. Hate. Fear. Fear is your true enemy in the darkness. Here one must defeat fear.

hey there. have you done the 24 hrs wolf? assuming so. otherwise where did it come from. and is that seeker or seer, and maybe no difference

Yes I have and seeker or seer works. Where does it come from? My teacher told me and thats when I did it in a partial attic. There was a door and a bed and a dirt wall on the south side. I sat in there in total darkness for all day and slept most of the night. I only took water with me and used it to fast. The smell of the dirt I still can remember. Cold it was. I recapped my entire life. Learned to silence my internal dialogue. Dreamed of being buried and wanted to scream, maybe I did. My teacher came to me on dreaming and showed me multiple paths I could take in my life. The one I choose led me back to Arizona and a new life eventually.

I used to sit in the dark and do gazing, to try and see energy. I always saw things moving... It got creepy at times.

Actually it was quite striking as the dirt was piled and not formed, releasing in me the ap of the underworld and its imaging.
