AIR, SPACE, ENERGY
#1
Air is space and holds energy from our planet. This space, we use in ways many would never dream of. We, as air breathers inhale and exhale. As we inhale, we
bring inside our bodies, energy bad and good into us plus millions of other things that travel in the air. It is the quickest way into our body.

A sorcerer uses air. Breath from others can be used by a sorcerer to gain power, gain control, or use it while it is near. By sheer intent and will, a sorcerer
Can take from the air what others put into. Your exhaled breath can make you give energy and other things to one/it who knows how to use it. Of course the
opposite is true in that expelled breath can adversely affect you. I, when encountering humans and other types of air breathers often block using power
undesirable energy from those who are walking by me or are near me.

This is in a way a type of vampirism in that a sorcerer or other beings can feed off you. I should also point out some sorcerers do it knowingly while others
(beings) do it unknowingly. More to come.

I recently read something about this in a book called "The history of human stupidity", by Paul Tabori.

L. Clodius Hermippus, an oscure character quoted by many, presumably lived 115 years and 5 days just by inhaling the breath of young women. This became a
fashion in France: Old men payed money to had young maidens "breathing" around them.

And they didn't even had to "bleed them"... just taking advantage of their exhalation of life-force.

PS: Perhaps I should open a models agency... to have them breathing all around me.

Young women's breath is the best for using to store the type that gives one longer life and other things as well.

Perhaps...such a man as HH is really one of a kind. Breath contains a person. Ever smell anothers breath? One can tell wonders from that alone. Breath freely
given is the best breath for it is like literally giving one's soul.

LOL. Hugh is 82 at the time. With his particular life style women's breath is pretty much what keeps him going.

Powerful beings, less indulgent and energy-aware died younger than him! He is probably not a stud, but he is fucking all the same.

Breath tells a lot about the person, in fact it's likely (but I can't assure it) that some part of our conditioning comes in the form of foreign vital
energy from exchanges (habitat, emotional, sexual).

I'm not talking just about the energy lines/links between people, but consensual reality inserted into our energy system.

Our energy/life-force is our "earthly soul". If we loose it or pollute it we won't be able to reach the more subtler one.

With breath one can find another's ap. And even do more things better left unsaid.

Yep. I regard myself as a fairly benevolent being and just reading your post changes my form of breathing.

It reminds me to breath, actually! I have a tendency of holding it. In
yogic praxis controlling breath is a way of controlling the mind.

Breathing is often forgotten because we do it so much. I, too have to remind myself to breathe like a warrior.

The last two days I been weak/sick and been sleeping all day, so today at work around 10 am I starting to feel tired. Real tired. What I did was to sit quitly
and relaxed completly in the body, I intended to breath completely out (as in zen meditation). After 3-5 minutes I got fresh. During the day I did this
numerous times and at the end of the day I was extremly fresh and feeling very Powerful.

Compined with walking inspired by my poweranimal it gave a move of my AP to a position that new to me.

A feeling of strenght and purpose as well as a new gaze in my eyes. Wife said I looked stranged and had a bit difficult to relate as I was not normal me.

Breathing is something very useful when used with Intent!

When breathing I smell the flowering trees and bushes, there is an experience of connection and empowering from being with them. Also the world changes as the
distance the eye sees disappear. Gaining energy from focues breathing and smelling is vitalizing. The key is to focus on sensing the energy in the air. Even in
closed room with many people I 'found' fresh vitale air this way. But I sort of lost the conversation happening at the meeting

Breathing takes in the outside into the body. What one expells is the inside going out of the body to the outer world. We share ourselves with the world this
way.

Ultimately we become One with all there is. Merged completely with .... All

only All is left, no inner or outer, no Mind.. no seperate being, no individual, no one but the All-One

I use the zen approach - susokan. search the net and you will find instruction

Basic of it is awareness on the flow of the breath, by centering awareness in the Tanden (about two cm below the navel) and intention to breath deeply.
