I came in contact with a group of ETs who are otherwise known as the yahyel.

I asked the representative "How do I get rid of negative energy?"

The woman said "There is no negative energy, Say...Unwholesome".

I said to myself "Unwholesome..."

Immediately after doing that, the negative feelings in my body shifted to neutral feelings that were more easily able to be coped with.

The next day, I repeated it like my mantra every time I remembered the event. 

"There is only positive energy" I said. 

My whole day change, positive energy greeted me everywhere. I was in "heightened awareness" - that's all I could feel, positive energy.

Yes positive commands are the way to go. I empower my choice and use commands often. he more you use them and stalk them the stronger they become.
